Our items are made to order and cannot be returned. It is possible to be issued store credit if your item meets the requirements, but please get in touch with our customer support team at contact@brookscommons.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@brookscommons.com.
